PLEASE READ & REVIEW ALL THE BULLETED DOCUMENTS.

Please review the 2022-2023 Parent-Student Handbook and Technology & Network Acceptable Use Agreement with your student(s) so that you, the parent(s)/guardian, as well as the student(s), are familiar with its contents. You may provide consent digitally using the link below, or you are welcome to print off the signature pages of the forms and send them into the school office. State law requires parents to read and consent to a school’s parent-student handbook. This consent, as well as the Acknowledgement of Risk and Technology and Network Acceptable Use Agreement, must be submitted by the first day the child attends school. Students will be withheld from school until the consents are submitted.
