St. Ambrose is currently working on our 5 year strategic plan. This is a process that is required by the Diocese and for our accreditation. In order to make this plan valuable and attainable, we are asking for your feedback.

Below are links to three online surveys based upon whether you are an employee, parishioner, or parent/guardian of a St. Ambrose student(s). These surveys are completely optional, however, as stakeholders in the growth and success of St. Ambrose, your input is essential to developing a strong 5 year strategic plan. We encourage you to take a few minutes to respond as openly as possible.

Please know that survey responses will be shared with the Strategic Planning Committee, but names will not be shared with the committee.

The survey links will remain open through the end of May.

As an added bonus, for those that still need service hours, if you complete the survey and include your name/child(ren) name, you will receive 1 service hour.
