We are blessed to be able to gather for Bible Study every Saturday throughout the year, unless otherwise notified. Meet in the Pastoral Center:
OCIA is the process of introducing interested persons gradually into the Catholic Church. In the Christian Initiation of Adults we are concerned with the total formation of the person into believing, living, praying and serving with the Church community. This happens gradually through the periods of Inquiry, Catechumenate, Enlightenment with Initiation at the Easter Vigil and Mystagogy. This year long process is faith formation into a community of believers in Jesus Christ along with doctrinal formation. Team members, sponsors, and ministers of hospitality are of vital importance.
Questions about Bible Study or OCIA? Contact Greg Mattingly at 618-466-2911 or grgrymt1@icloud.com
Inquiry is an opportunity for family and friends to learn more about what makes life in our Catholic Community. We meet after 10:30 Mass on Sundays. If anyone has questions please reach out to Deacon Bill wekessler@dio.org or 618-466-2921, Prompt 6.
Children are invited to participate in the Children's Liturgy during 10:30 Mass on Sundays where they will hear the Gospel in a kid friendly and fun way. They will return to Mass just before Communion.
