EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, at The Woodlands Golf Club with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Annually, this event hosts between 80-100 golfers but we are hoping for 144 this year.

We are very motivated this year and hoping to raise $25,000 to help support our Parish school. There are many potential sponsorship opportunities this year, including: 

• Hole Sponsor - $100 - promotion on single hole
• Silver Sponsor - $250 - business promotion on a specific hole, social media, website, and most event materials
• Gold Sponsor - $1,000 (3-4 available) Sponsor the Shootout, Hole-in-one, Putting Competition, etc. Recognition during awards ceremony, banner displayed at registration, promotional materials in player gift bags, and signage at designated hole 
• Title Sponsor - $3,500 (2-3 available) Name and logo on Event flyer and all event materials, website, and social media. Speaking opportunity at ceremony, banner displayed at registration, one complimentary foursome, promotional materials in players’ gift bags, and signage at Shootout location
• Breakfast, Lunch, & Beverage Sponsors - cash donations for food & beverages
• Auction Sponsor - cash or prize donations for Silent Auction

There are three ways to secure your sponsorship and/or donation:

• Complete a paper form and drop off or mail it along with your check to our Parish Office at 820 W. Homer Adams Parkway, Godfrey, IL, 62035. Forms are available at the Parish Office.
